If the customer is not contacted the order will be canceled. At Mee we process and ship your order promptly and correctly. Every order is double inspected to ensure proper shipment. If a product is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible.RETURNS/EXCHANGES- Please note ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We will exchange any item within 14 days of purchase. SORRY NO REFUNDS. If your package arrives damaged or if you have a exchange you must contact our customer service department at cs@meebeautyproducts.com for instructions and authorization number for exchange. No exchanges will be accepted without a return authorization number.
